Terms of Service

I. Payment
The members will get 55% commission originated from advertisement support net-income which is recognized and clicked on from the parking page. The commission calculation period is every calendar month. If the commission for the current month or the accumulated commission is more than RMB100, the commission will be granted in the way of bank remittance at the 12th working day next month; If the commission is less than RMB100, it will be summed up to the next calculation period.
II. Restrictions and Rights
  1. Publisher may not generate traffic to their website or Our links by any of the following methods: listings on newsgroups, bulk e-mailing, icq/chatroom/irc postings,pop under,exit under, URL Forwarding，plug-in soft,frames, iframes, zero pixel frames, hitbots, clickbots, spiders, cgi-scripts, JavaScript, click farms or any other similar method;
  2. Publisher may not beg, ask, entice, or incentivize users into clicking on our links;
  3. Publisher may not mislead visitors into believing that he/she will receive anything other than an internet search by clicking on a textlink or search box;
  4. Publisher may not add domians without the right of administration maliciously into Dopa his/her account;
  5. Dopa reserve the right to terminate your account at any time without payment of revenue if your account has been found any violation of above terms;
  6. The Program Manager reserves the right to terminate your account if it is idle for more than a month. We will notify you 7 days in advance of cancellation;
  7. Dopa reserve the right to terminate any agreement at its discretion (by his judgement).
III. Statement of Dissolution of Responsibility
  1. The domain parking is offered in the way of "As is" and "As available". We never offer any reference or guarantee in written or hint form. The reference or guarantee includes but does not be restricted to any commercial or adaptable purpose or never causing infringement act. In any circumstances, Dopa and its parent company,subsidiary company, shareholder, member, official, supervisor, staff, subbranch, agent will not take the legal responsibilities towards their members or any third party, including but not limited to: causing revenue loss, predicted profit loss, goodwill behaviour failure, bankrupt, data loss, computer breakdown, mis-input data, unauthorized use, omission, discontinuation, operation delay, function breakdown, defect, natural disaster, communication breakdown, theft, destruction, unauthorized usage of achieves,or other unexpected, indirect, special, consequent loss arising from procedure or service (even though it is notified that it might cause losses). Both Dopa and members agree that the above responsibility dividing is a reasonable risk share.
  2. Except for the noted service terms, Dopa will not be responsible or assuming any legal responsibilities for any neglect, unexpected issues, contract damage, slander, copyright or intellectual property infringement (including computer virus infection due to download).
  3. Dopa will not be responsible for the lawfulness or assuming any legal responsibilities for any information, product or service obtained through search engine or chain.
  4. The contents obtained through search do not reflect (or represent) the opinions of Dopa.
  5. The users assume risks by themselves, while Dopa does not make any promise, or make sure the search results can meet the requirement of users, or make sure the search service is not interrupted. Dopa is exempted from the search results' safety, correctness, promptness and legality. Dopa will not assume any legal liabilities for abnormal using Dopa due to network condition, communication circuits or any other technical reasons.
IV. Alteration
The Silverclicks reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions anytime without prior notification.
V. Power of Interpretation
The Silverclicks retains the power of interpretation to this term.
VI. Legal Restraint
  1. This term is under the jurisdiction of the law of the People's Republic of China and therefore should comply with its regulations.
  2. In case that some items in this term fail to have compulsory force or are null and void (according to the application law or the adjudication of the ruling court), meanwhile this loss or invalidity of power does not lead to the integrated invalidity of this term, these contents will be altered and made best explanation in order to fulfill the objective within the scope of application law or jurisdiction court.
